The 18 questions we hear most about AIMochi's voice-to-text and meeting notes service. Still stuck? Ask our support team through the LINE official account.
Getting started takes a minute. Add AIMochi as a friend on LINE (@aimochi). Once you have added the account, you receive 3,000 free points every month so you can start using the service straight away, and you earn an extra 200 long-term points whenever someone you refer signs up with your referral code. After that, just send the audio file you want transcribed through LINE — AIMochi processes it automatically and sends the result back to you.
AIMochi supports the common audio formats: MP3, WAV, M4A and AAC. You can upload files in these formats directly from your phone or your computer.
You can use LINE's built-in voice recorder, any other recording app, or simply upload an audio file you already have. On LINE for desktop, type the /upload command to open the file upload dialog, or upload the file through app.aimochi.ai. For step-by-step instructions, see the tutorial.
AIMochi includes a range of AI assistant features: multilingual translation, summary generation, note polishing, finding similar notes, asking ChatGPT, and smart search and Q&A — all designed to help you manage and get more out of your notes.
Yes. AIMochi detects the spoken language automatically and supports more than 99 languages, including Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean and Southeast Asian languages, so you do not need to select a language in advance.
Yes. AIMochi transcribes recordings that switch between languages within the same audio, and speaker identification still separates who said what. For your first run, test with one of your own recordings to confirm the result fits your needs.
Processing takes roughly one sixth of the audio length: a one-hour recording is usually ready in about 10 minutes. The actual time depends on file length and current load; while a note is still processing, Check Result shows a not-finished-yet message.
Yes. AIMochi generates a summary, splits the text into sections and tags the note automatically so you can find it again later. Voice notes are also labelled with up to 10 different speakers.
Yes. Alongside audio you can send images, links, text and files. Images are parsed into text (3 points each) and links have their page content extracted; every note can be reviewed and edited in the editor.
Type「查詢筆記」in LINE or tap the Find Notes button in the menu. Tap any note title and you will be taken straight to the AIMochi editor.
Regular notes are sent back to you in LINE as-is. For voice notes you can choose from three export formats: one sentence per line, merged paragraphs, or an SRT subtitle file.
Points are calculated based on the type of service you use and the amount of data processed. You can find the full point usage rules in the points guide.
Regular points reset at the start of your next billing cycle, counted from the day you signed up or subscribed rather than the calendar month, and unused points do not roll over. The 200 long-term points earned from a referral are not affected by this reset.
AIMochi purchases are generally refundable. You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, and the refund is issued to the payment method you originally used. See the refund policy for full details.
AIMochi safeguards personal data using reasonable technical and procedural measures that meet industry standards.
