Points are counted for one month from the day you registered or your subscription started, not by calendar month. For example, if you start on March 3, your points are valid until April 3; when the next subscription cycle begins, regular points reset and do not carry over. When a friend uses your referral code, you earn 200 long-term points, and these are not affected by the monthly reset.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Basic and Team orders that meet the refund policy conditions can be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase, and it is returned to the payment method you used. For the process, see the refund policy.
If your recordings contain confidential or personal information and cannot go to the cloud, you can talk to us about the AIMochi Enterprise On-Premises Edition: the system is deployed in your own environment so your data stays in-house. Voice-to-text uses 10 points per minute, plus 1 point for each recorded event, so a 1-hour (60-minute) recording uses about 601 points. The 3,000 free points you get each month cover about 4 one-hour meetings.
